This month Keith has provided us with a half-dozen dinosaurs, including Velociraptor (the star of ╥Jurassic Park╙ by Michael Crichton), the dual-crested Dilophosaurus and the huge Apatosaurus.
A Spencer van Gulick Tip for AppleWorks GS
Spencer has some good AppleWorks tips in his monthly column. Check out Spencer's Corner for more information (press apple-7 then click ╥Read╙).
A Helpful Hint for Platinum Paint Users
If an image you wish to lasso and cut is wider than the paint window: go to the ╥Window╙ menu selection and choose ╥Info Bar╙ then press apple-Space. This will give the tools to work with and a full screen. That way you can select a tool and lasso, cut, paste, etc., any size shape!
Copying the Dinosaur Art to your own disk
Select ╥Installer...╙ from the File Menu (or press apple-I) and the Installer will be launched. Select ╥Dinosaur Art╙ by clicking on it. Next, insert (in the case of a floppy) the disk you╒d like to copy the Clip Art to. Click the ╥Disk╙ button until the desired disk appears. Finally, click on the ╥Install╙ button and the GS will copy everything to the designated location.
Alternatively, the clip art page may be loaded into a paint program such as: Platinum Paint, Paint 256, Paintworks Gold and AppleWorks GS.
